How it works
Three steps and you are in.
Start a challenge
Pick a movement, a goal and a duration. A private challenge with friends or a public one, solo or in teams.
Count your reps
Log them by hand, or let the camera and sensors count some movements automatically. Steps can come from Health Connect, if you allow it.
Follow the leaderboard
Live ranking, friendly nudges, a podium at the end and a result card to share.
What is inside
Everything to start a challenge in seconds and keep it alive.
Several challenge formats
A goal to reach, daily consistency, step-by-step progression, best effort in one set: pick the format that motivates your group.
Team play
Form teams that compete in the same challenge.
Friendly nudges
A push when someone has not logged anything today. One nudge per person per day, and you can mute them.
One-tap rematch
When a challenge ends, start round 2 with the same people.
A real movement catalogue
Push-ups, squats, running, planks… with variants, plus filters by family and level.
Your privacy, your rules
You choose whether a challenge is private or public, you can report and block, and you can delete your account at any time.
